E-commerce shipping

Software, rates and a human being who knows your account.

Three things decide what shipping costs an online seller: the rates you can access, the software that picks between them, and whether anyone is actually watching the invoices. Lift Commerce covers all three, and the software costs nothing to run.

01

Multi-carrier software

Unlimited stores and marketplaces in one queue. Live rate comparison on every order, automation rules by weight, zone and dimensions, batch label printing and tracking written back to the customer. No monthly fee.

02

Better rates

Access to our carrier group discount programs across domestic and international parcel, LTL and truckload, and air and ocean freight — plus USPS commercial pricing. You get volume-based rates without having the volume yourself.

03

A named account manager

Not a ticket queue. Someone who knows your shipping profile, reviews what you're billed and tells you when something changes.

Account management

What your account manager actually does

This is the part that's hard to buy anywhere else, and it's the part that compounds. Rates get stale, carriers change their surcharge tables every January, and nobody inside a growing e-commerce business has time to notice.

Invoice review

Weekly or monthly review of what you were actually billed against what you were quoted. Surcharges applied in error, address corrections that shouldn't have triggered, and dimensional weight assessed on the wrong dimensions all get caught here.

Cost-saving analysis

Where service downgrades are safe, which lanes justify a different carrier, whether your packaging is pushing parcels over a surcharge threshold, and what a DIM divisor renegotiation would be worth in dollars.

Reporting

Spend by carrier, service, zone and surcharge type — so you can see which product lines are quietly unprofitable to ship and which packaging changes would pay for themselves.

Agreement review

Carrier agreements have earned-discount tiers, minimum commitments and accessorial concessions that move as your volume grows. Yours should be revisited when your volume changes, not every three years.

Support

When a package goes wrong

Every seller has had the week where three orders vanish and the carrier's support line eats an afternoon. That work doesn't disappear — it just stops being yours.

  1. Claims management

Damage and loss claims filed, documented and chased on your behalf, with the packaging evidence and declared-value paperwork carriers ask for. Claims fail more often on documentation than on merit.

  2. Tracers on missing packages

When tracking stops updating, we open the tracer, work the carrier's internal escalation and keep you updated — instead of you holding for a call centre.

  3. Delivery exceptions

Address corrections, refused deliveries, held-at-facility and weather exceptions worked through to delivery rather than left to expire and return.

  4. Customer-facing answers

You get a real status you can pass to your buyer, which is usually the thing that actually matters at eight o'clock on a Friday.

If you ship big or awkward products

Oversize and additional handling surcharges hit e-commerce sellers harder than almost anyone, because product pages rarely reflect what a carrier will charge to move the box. These pages explain each fee and what moves it.
