Your actual cost breakdown
Spend split into base transportation, accessorials, fuel and adjustments, so you can see how much of your invoice is not transportation at all.
Shipping scorecard
Upload a recent carrier invoice and your rate agreement. An account manager runs a lane-level and surcharge-level comparison against our negotiated programmes and sends back a written scorecard in one to two business days. No cost, no platform sign-up, no obligation, and the analysis is yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
The deliverable
A document you can act on, not a sales summary. Most shippers use it to renegotiate with the carrier they already have.
Spend split into base transportation, accessorials, fuel and adjustments, so you can see how much of your invoice is not transportation at all.
Which accessorials fire, how often, and on which SKUs or box profiles. This is usually the number that surprises people most.
What comparable volume pays, lane by lane. Measured against what shippers with a similar profile actually hold, not a published rate card.
Base discount, earned tiers, minimum charge, dimensional divisor and accessorial concessions, ranked by what each is worth on your volume.
Before you upload
Two documents do most of the work. Anything else is a bonus, and if you only have one of them, send it anyway.
PDF, CSV, XLSX, XLS, PNG and JPG. Up to 10 MB in total per submission. A clear photo of a paper invoice is fine if that is what you have. Larger files can be emailed to Team@LiftCommerce.net.
Plenty of shippers will not put a rate agreement into a web form, and that is a reasonable position. Book a call instead and we will work out the best way to share it.

Questions
Yes, and there is no platform sign-up attached to it. We do this because a shipper who can see exactly what they are overpaying for is an easier conversation than one who cannot. If the analysis shows your rates are already strong, we will tell you that.
Worth doing anyway. Knowing what your agreement should be worth is what gives you a position at renewal, and most agreements have more flexibility than shippers assume. The scorecard also tells you when your term actually ends, which people are frequently unsure about.
No. We never approach your carrier, and your documents are not shared with them. What you do with the analysis afterwards is entirely your decision.
Send the invoice. We can profile your shipping and identify where the surcharges are landing from that alone. The agreement makes the benchmark sharper and lets us tell you which specific terms are weak, so send it later if you can find it.
One full billing period is the minimum useful amount. Three months is better, because it smooths out seasonal distortion. If you have a full year, send it — peak-period surcharge exposure is often where the biggest surprise sits.
Yes. Account numbers, customer names and addresses can all be removed without affecting the analysis. What we need to read are the rates, weights, zones and surcharge lines.
Book thirty minutes and we will talk through what to look for on your own invoice.
